Wedding Centerpieces
Do-It-Yourself Instructions Follow

These adorable decorations are easy to make and can be decorated in
any way needed to match your wedding theme. Following is a list of
items you will need:
Cardstock in white or other colors that match your wedding colors
Scissors
Print out of template (included below)
Double sided tape or photo splits
Flowers, ribbon or other decorations
Candies or other treats to put inside
Cake stand
Cut out the template and use it to trace the template onto your
cardstock. You will need eight to make a complete cake. Fold them
into boxes and use the double sided cake or the photo splits to
attach the inside flaps. Put the treats inside. Fold the lid into
the box. When you are finished folding all eight place them on the
cake stand and decorate them to look like a cake. When your guests
leave they each get to take a slice of the cake as a favor.
Other suggestions and ideas for this project:
• Place individual slices on a pretty plate and use them as name
place cards.
• Put small slices of the wedding cake in each one instead of
candies as your favor.
• Place a round vase in the center and turn the boxes so that the
short side of the triangle is against the vase. The result will look
somewhat like a star. Sprinkle confetti around.
• If you are not having a sit down dinner at your wedding display
the cakes on different tables, and allow guests to take one as they
leave.
