Crochet Directions:

1. Chain 23
2. 1 treble into 3rd chain from hook.
3. Treble into next 20 chain, one chain, turn.
4. Treble into first treble and consecutive trebles.
5. Work in this pattern till work measures 3-1/2 inches.
6. Break thread.
7. Sew the two long sides together to form a cylinder.
8. Join thread at one end of the tube and work making trebles all round and joining at the end of the round till it measures 1-1/2".
9. Make scallops in the last round.
10. Pass ribbon through the side mesh formed.
