New York Honeymoon Guide

New York is an incredible place to spend your honeymoon. There are hundreds of things to see and do, but if you're looking for something a little more romantic than the general tourist attractions here are a few ideas.

This restaurant was opened in 1906 and is decorated with authentic 18th century Italian furnishings, and you guessed right, they offer amazing Italian cuisine. They also have a garden and if you are in New York in the summer you will love dining here. It boasts scented flowers like magnolia, wisteria, jasmine and gardenia.

This hotel has been the epitome of elegant accommodations for nearly a hundred years. Spend at least one night in this incredible hotel for a romantic evening you won't ever forget.

Carriage Rides
If you are staying at the Plaza Hotel, don't miss taking a ride in a hansom cab through Central Park. Even if there is a chill in the air, the driver will supply a blanket for you and your sweetheart to snuggle up together and keep warm and you take a scenic ride.

Boathouse Café
Enjoy a pleasant evening in Central Park with a dinner under the umbrella shaded deck of the Boathouse Café. They have incredible views of the lake and Bethesda Fountain. Afterward take a gondola ride on the lake.

Take a scenic dinner cruise, or enjoy a cocktail or late night cruise on a beautiful yacht.

Roosevelt Island Tram
Take a ride over the East River. Enjoy the view and maybe a few kisses!

Staten Island Ferry
Take a trip on the ferry and watch the New York skyline slip by.
